The modular principle simplifies production. The same set for different machines optimizes fulfillment, controls quality and it reduces delivery time enormously. Flexibility in the design, based on the details and not more on the finished crane, makes every customer's needs possible and economically feasible. To design, make and sell a crane, every designer has to take care of about four elements: performance, weight, price and quality.

 

We pay special attention to the captivating design, sometimes sharpening with round and soft lines. Our production workshops use exclusively high-resistance steel such as S700 steel. Hardened steel is used in pivots such as C45 steel. In Hubs we use S355 steel. The block valves are set on the flange. Valves, barrels, suppliers, pipes and couplings are made by the best Italian manufacturers. Workshops are in Italy and the assemblies are made in our Italian factories.

We tried to optimize some processes:

Galvanization: some details are galvanized rather than all those touched by workers' hands or those dismantled for maintenance.

Welding: it is automated or manually made by qualified workers

Paint: we start with sandblasting, then we apply the primer and varnish twice to get the typical Green Lime Hi-crane. Color was a very important choice! It identifies hi-crane's client and it highlights his choices.
